For dependents of salary employees, DrinkPAK covers 100% of medical, dental, and vision health insurance plans and 50% for dependents of hourly employees. You may choose between Blue Shield PPO plans or Kaiser Permanente (CA only) for medical coverage. We understand pets are like family, and offer Pet Health Insurance plans.
