Sponsor: Sponsored by DrinkPAK, LLC, 21375 Needham Ranch Parkway,Santa Clarita, CA 91321 (the “Sponsor” or “DrinkPAK”).
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins when the promotional post ispublished on DrinkPAK’s participating social media accounts and ends Friday,October 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the “Giveaway Period”).Entries received after the deadline are not eligible.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States andthe District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majorityin their state, if older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors,and agents of DrinkPAK and their immediate family members are not eligible.Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, on the applicableDrinkPAK giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn: (1) follow@DrinkPAK on that platform; (2) like the giveaway post; and (3) comment withthe correct city shown or suggested by the campaign clues. All three steps anda correct answer are required for an eligible entry. Limit one (1) entry persocial media account. No purchase is necessary. Sharing a post is not required.
Random Drawing and Odds of Winning: One (1) potential winner willbe selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries with the correctanswer (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) received across theparticipating platforms. The drawing will take place Friday, October 30, 2026,at approximately 2:00 p.m. PT. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligibleentries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relatingto the Giveaway.
Prize: One (1) YETI Daytrip 9L Insulated Lunch Box will be awardedto one winner and shipped to a valid U.S. mailing address provided by thewinner. The prize is nontransferable, nonexchangeable, and not redeemable forcash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertisedprize becomes unavailable. Approximate retail value: $120. The prize is awarded“AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including anywarranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is notresponsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or enjoymentof the prize. Any manufacturer’s warranty is solely between the winner and themanufacturer.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim: Sponsor intends to announcethe potential winner on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PT, via theparticipating social media channels and/or giveaway post comments. Sponsor willcontact the potential winner through the social media account used to enterwithin one (1) business day of the drawing. The potential winner must respondwithin two (2) business days of notification and provide a valid shippingaddress within two (2) business days of Sponsor’s request. If the potentialwinner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to respond or provide therequired information on time, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select analternate winner. Award is subject to eligibility verification.
Participation and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees tothese Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor reserves the right todisqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries, subject toapplicable law. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases and holdsharmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers,directors, agents, and assigns from claims, losses, injuries, or damagesarising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Privacy: Entrants’ social media handles and names, and, for thewinner, mailing information may be collected and used to administer theGiveaway and fulfill the prize, consistent with DrinkPAK’s Privacy Policy.
Taxes and Governing Law: The winner is responsible for anyapplicable taxes associated with the prize. This Giveaway is governed byCalifornia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except whereapplicable law requires otherwise.
Social Media Platform Disclaimers: This Giveaway is not sponsored,endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, orLinkedIn. Each entrant releases these platforms from liability relating to theGiveaway to the extent permitted by law. Use of each platform is subject to itsapplicable terms of service.
