DrinkPAK Egg Hunt Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)

Sponsor: Sponsored by DrinkPAK, LLC located at 21375 Needham Ranch Parkway, Santa Clarita, CA 91321 (“DrinkPAK”).
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”).
How to Enter: Follow DrinkPAK on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (as applicable), like the post, and comment with the correct number of eggs in the comments of the post to be entered into a drawing for free RTIC cooler.
Random Drawings and Odds of Winning: One (1) potential prize winner for the Giveaway Period will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing at 2:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from all eligible entries received throughout each Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Giveaway Period. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. All entrants over 18 years of age, are eligible to win by following DrinkPAK on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, like the post, and comment with the correct number of eggs in the comments. The total number of entries in the giveaway is not limited, but only one entry per social media account is allowed.
The Prize: DrinkPAK will offer one (1) RTIC cooler to randomly selected individuals from each of the following platforms; Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Prizes are non-transferable, non-tradeable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim: The potential winner is subject to eligibility verification to confirm that they meet the contest qualifications (this includes, but is not limited to, validating whether the individual is an employee of DrinkPAK, if the individual is a resident of the United States, and if the individual is over 18 years of age). The potential winner will be announced in the comments on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook and contacted within one (1) business day following the Entry Period drawing, via the social media account linked to the entry and will be required to respond via social media within two (2) days to confirm his/her acceptance of the Prize. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of a potential prize winner’s acceptance, potential winner will be required to submit their address for receipt of the Prize within two (2) business days of traceable contact, or Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential Prize winner may be selected.
By entering, each entrant promises to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY.
DrinkPAK’s egg hunt prize giveaway is a promotion. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are over 18. DrinkPAK employees, officers, directors, agents, and their immediate family members may not participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The DrinkPAK Privacy Policy applies to any personal information collected during the giveaway. Entrants' social media handles and addresses will be collected and used solely for administration of the giveaway, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Winners are liable for any and all taxes related to their prize(s). Approximate retail value of the prize is $220 USD. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles
Instagram Platform: Instagram is not a sponsor of the giveaway. Contestants are not required to “share” a page to enter the giveaway. Any usage of Instagram is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use.
LinkedIn Platform: LinkedIn is not a sponsor of the giveaway. Contestants are not required to “share” a page to enter the giveaway. Any usage of LinkedIn is subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement.
