Giveaway Period: TheGiveaway begins when the promotional post is published on DrinkPAK’sparticipating social media accounts and ends Thursday, November 5, 2026, at10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received afterthe deadline are not eligible.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States andthe District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.Employees, officers, directors, and agents of DrinkPAK and their immediatefamily members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: During theGiveaway Period, on the applicable DrinkPAK Halloween Candy Corn Hunt post onInstagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn: (1) follow @DrinkPAK on that platform; (2)like the giveaway post; and (3) study the behind-the-scenes beverage productionfloor photo and comment with the correct number of hidden pieces of candy corn.All three steps and a correct count are required for an eligible entry. Limitone (1) entry per social media account. No purchase necessary.
Random Drawing and Odds of Winning: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from alleligible entries with the correct candy corn count received acrossparticipating platforms. The drawing will occur after the Giveaway Period ends;on Friday, November 6 at 12:00 PM PT. Odds of winning depend on the number ofeligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in allmatters relating to the Giveaway.
Prize: One (1) JBL GO 5Bluetooth Speaker will be awarded to one winner. The prize is nontransferable,nonexchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Approximate retail value: $50.Any applicable fulfillment or shipping details will be confirmed beforepublication.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim: The potential winner will be announced on Friday, November 6 at 2:00 PMPST via the participating social media channels and/or giveaway post comments.Sponsor will contact the potential winner through the social media account usedto enter within one (1) business day of the drawing. The potential winner mustrespond and provide information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillmentwithin two (2) business days of request, or the prize may be forfeited and analternate potential winner selected. Award is subject to eligibilityverification.
Participation and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees tothese Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor reserves the right todisqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries, subject toapplicable law.
