DrinkPAK continues to strengthen its national production network with its high-capacity Fort Worth, Texas facility, a more than $300 million investment that is already playing a central role in supporting high-growth beverage brands across multiple categories.

As DrinkPAK’s second major production site, the Fort Worth facility reflects the company’s broader strategy to build a coast-to-coast manufacturing network. The company is continuing that momentum with plans for a new facility in the Philadelphia region, expected to come online in 2027.

Located in the Carter Park East industrial hub, the 1.4 million-square-foot Fort Worth site enhances DrinkPAK’s ability to increase capacity, extend geographic reach, and deliver flexible, large-scale manufacturing solutions to meet evolving consumer demand.

The facility is currently operating two high-speed production lines, and a variety packaging line with plans to expand toward five total lines. At full capacity, the site is expected to produce approximately 3.5 billion cans per year. The plant is already producing roughly 4 million cans daily, underscoring its established role within DrinkPAK’s production network.

DrinkPAK’s Fort Worth operation is equipped with advanced filling technology capable of reaching speeds of up to 2,600 cans per minute, enabling efficient, high-volume production across a range of beverage categories, including energy drinks, functional beverages, sodas, waters, hard seltzers, and canned cocktails.

Beyond production, the facility integrates automation throughout its warehouse operations, including laser-guided vehicles (LGVs) and autonomous forklifts, supporting high-throughput logistics, improved safety, and scalable operations.

“This facility represents a critical part of our national footprint and our ability to deliver speed, flexibility, and scale to our partners,” said Nate Patena, CEO of DrinkPAK. “We’ve built a platform that allows us to meet demand across the country while continuing to invest in advanced manufacturing and long-term growth.”

DrinkPAK formally marked the facility’s grand opening with a ribbon-cutting event attended by local officials, including Fort Worth Mayor Pro Tem Carlos Flores, along with industry partners and stakeholders.

As beverage brands continue to diversify product offerings and respond to shifting consumer preferences, DrinkPAK’s investment in high-speed, adaptable manufacturing infrastructure positions the company as a leading partner for brands seeking reliable, scalable production across the U.S.
