DrinkPAK, the leading canned beverage co-manufacturer, recently hosted members of The Honor Foundation (THF) for an immersive career exploration experience at its state-of-the-art production facility. The visit was designed to provide transitioning service members with insight into career opportunities within advanced manufacturing following military service.
The Honor Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports U.S. Special Operations Forces as they transition to civilian careers, connects its Fellows with industry leaders to explore professional pathways and develop the skills needed for long-term success.
During their visit, THF Fellows received a guided tour of DrinkPAK’s advanced manufacturing facility, offering a firsthand look at cutting-edge production technology, operational excellence, and the dynamic environment behind beverage innovation. The experience highlighted how military skill sets—such as leadership, discipline, and problem-solving—translate into meaningful careers within manufacturing.
“At DrinkPAK, we recognize the immense value that veterans bring to the workforce—leadership, adaptability, and a mission-driven mindset,” said Nate Patena, CEO of DrinkPAK. “It was an honor to welcome The Honor Foundation Fellows into our facility, share what we do, and demonstrate how their skills can translate into impactful, long-term careers in advanced manufacturing. We are committed to supporting those who have served as they transition into their next chapter.”
This visit underscored DrinkPAK’s commitment to investing in workforce development by opening doors to meaningful, high-growth careers.
