DrinkPAK DPII Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)

Sponsor: Sponsored by DrinkPAK, LLC (“DrinkPAK”).
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on October 11, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on October 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”).
How to Enter: Follow DrinkPAK on Instagram or LinkedIn (as applicable), like the post, and comment with the correct city and state in the comments of the post will be entered into a drawing for a free JBL speaker.
Random Drawings and Odds of Winning: One (1) potential prize winner for each Giveaway Period will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing at 2 p.m. PT on October 18, 2024 from all eligible entries received throughout each Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Giveaway Period. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. All entrants over 18 years of age are eligible to win by submitting a correct answer on DrinkPAK’s Instagram or LinkedIn. The total number of entries in the giveaway is not limited, but only one entry per social media account is allowed.
The Prize: DrinkPAK will offer one (1) JBL speaker to the randomly selected individual on Instagram and one (1) JBL speaker to the randomly selected individual on LinkedIn. Prizes are non-transferable, non-tradeable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim: Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification. The potential winners will be contacted within one (1) business day following the Entry Period drawing, via the social media account linked to the entry and will be required to respond via social media within two (2) days to confirm his/her acceptance of the Prize. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of a potential prize winner’s acceptance, potential winner will be required to submit their address for receipt of the Prize within two (2) business days of traceable contact, or Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential Prize winner may be selected.
By entering, each entrant promises to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY.
DrinkPAK’s DPII prize giveaway is a promotion. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The DrinkPAK Privacy Policy applies to any personal information collected during the giveaway. Winners are liable for any and all taxes related to their prize(s).
Instagram Platform: Instagram is not a sponsor of the giveaway. Contestants are not required to “share” a page to enter the giveaway. Any usage of Instagram is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use.
LinkedIn Platform: LinkedIn is not a sponsor of the giveaway. Contestants are not required to “share” a page to enter the giveaway. Any usage of LinkedIn is subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement.
