Driver Check-In Procedures
You may check in within 30 minutes of your appointment time. You will receive an error message if you attempt to check in more than 30 minutes before your appointment time.
1. Please park your tractor/trailer in the yard locations marked 1-18, as shown in the image. These are used exclusively for waiting drivers.
2. Please complete the check-in form by clicking the blue Check-In button below to begin the check-in process for your scheduled appointment.
3. After completing the Check-In form, report to the Lot 16 guard shack to sign for the load and receive your trailer seal.
4. You will receive an automated SMS text message stating the building location and dock door where you will be loaded/offloaded. Follow the outlined example below to help determine the building location. Then, use the map provided to help direct you to the building. Please use a valid phone number to receive your load instructions. Please note, you can't reply to the SMS message.
Please ensure to slide your tandems all the way back before docking at your assigned dock door.
